Add to Home Screen

To make life easier, you can add The Wellness App to your home screen. It all depends on which device and web browser you are using to access the app.

For iOS devices, including iPhones or iPads, using Safari:

  1. Tap on the Share icon at the bottom of the browser window if using an iPhone, top of the browser window if using an iPad (it looks like a square with an up arrow).
  2. The iOS share screen will now appear. Select Add to Home Screen
  3. Please ensure you are on the homepage of the app when adding it to your home screen.
  4. You can edit the name of the shortcut if you like and then click Add.
  5. Please note, the Chrome browser on iOS devices does not support the ability to add a web-based app to your home screen so you will have to use Safari.

For Android mobile or tablet devices using Google Chrome or Firefox:

Tap on the Menu button (three dots).    
Tap Add to Home Screen.    
Please ensure you are on the homepage of the app when adding it to your home screen.

For desktop (Chrome, Safari, Firefox):

  1. Resize the browser window so you can see both your computer's desktop and the browser window on the same screen.
  2. Click the icon on the left of the address bar (where the URL is shown).
  3. While still holding the mouse button down, move the pointer to the desktop, then release the mouse button. The shortcut will be created.
  4. You can also simply Bookmark the app by clicking on Bookmarks in the browser navigation and click on "Bookmark this page" (Chrome) or "Add Bookmark" (Safari) or "Bookmark this page" (Firefox).

If the above steps don't work or you are using a different device the best bet is to google "[Insert Browser Name and device] Add web app to Home Screen".
